BackFirst prides itself in being responsive both to the needs of the employee and employer. Two customized on-site training centers are staffed with health professionals for personalized exercise training and guidance. BackFirst's sister program, Restore⁺ Rehabilitation provides on-site physical therapy and work conditioning services tailored to the employee's specific job demands. For the office worker, our popular 'Beyond Ergonomics' seminars and onsite restorative yoga programs receive rave reviews.

In 2007, BackFirst rolled out its customized mobile unit, HealthStrong, the only vehicle of its kind in the country. HealthStrong Mobile provides a vast array of features, ranging from computerized Health Risk Assessments to on-board aerobic, stretch and strengthening equipment, personalized 'Fit Breaks' and wellness education and guidance. It also has instituted its healthy 'Eating on the Go' nutritional guidance and body-toning programs. Through HealthStrong Mobile, BackFirst is able to reach hundreds of MTA employees each week.
